Apex Technologies is a Sydney IT services company that runs day-to-day technology for businesses — and builds the software they wish existed.
Most businesses juggle two kinds of IT problems: keeping everything running — laptops, Microsoft 365, security, backups — and building the things that don't exist yet: a website, an internal tool, a migration off a legacy system. Usually that means two suppliers, two contracts, and a lot of finger-pointing in between.
Apex exists to be one accountable team for both. The same engineers who monitor your fleet and answer your helpdesk tickets also design and ship software — including Apex Console, the asset and service-management platform we built for our own operations and run every day.
We're deliberately hands-on: you talk to engineers, not account managers, from the first strategy call to the 2am fix.
